Mr. Singh is a very well accepted speaker in Leadership Development area. He has already conducted 55 leadership programmes covering more than 1000 corporate leaders from various private and public sector organizations of repute. He uses the powerful metaphor of life and his workshops are very engaging and impactful. Mr. Singh advocates that mindset and thought is the first place to start rather than specific skills training.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate having nearly 38 years of experience in the Steel Industry, Mr. Singh superannuated as Director (Personnel) from Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), one of the largest steel-making companies in India and one of the Maharatnas of the country’s Central Public Sector Enterprises. He was member of SAIL board and was holding the additional charge of Director (Technical) and designated owner of Raw material (Mines) of SAIL for a period of nearly one year. He was trained by Erstwhile M/s. British Steel Consultants in 1989, under World Bank consultancy services contract of SAIL, with specialization in design, development & delivery of high impact training modules.

He has worked in Human Resource Development area as senior faculty for about 10 years. Mr. Singh is a seasoned professional, having rare blend of experience in varied fields like: Maintenance, Human Resource, Refractory Engineering, Steel making, Project management and Operations management at corporate level. During his brief tenure as Executive Director I/c (Operations) SAIL, he was also a board member on NTPC-SAIL Power Company Ltd (NSPCL), from Oct.’2009 to April’2010. He served as Independent Director on the board of Mahindra MSTC Recycling Pvt Ltd, a joint venture of Mahindra Accelo & MSTC (A Govt. of India Enterprise) from April’2018 to Sept’2021. Presently, he is one of the founding Director of Excellence Realm HR Solutions Pvt Ltd.

He has got extensive knowledge and hands on experience in the field of human behavior, attitudinal development, team building strategies, and leadership during challenges/uncertainties. He is a widely travelled person to several countries such as UK, Germany, France, Luxemburg, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United States & Oman on crucial business and training assignments. Mr. Singh is a Life member of Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), Life fellow of Indian Institute of Plant Engineers (IIPE) & Life member of National HRD Network.
